Gilbert was a lieutenant colonel in the United States Air Force and served as chief of the Health Services Management Division from 1998-2005. After his Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Masters of Science in Health Systems at Georgia Tech University in Atlanta, Georgia, Gilbert completed his Juris Doctor of Law at the University of Tulsa in 2007 and was called to the Bar in Oklahoma. Gilbert is engaged in family law and serves as the U.S.-based agent for immigration visa applications. Gilbert is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Mr. Maloney was born in Toronto, Ontario and completed his Juris Doctor of Law and Masters in Business Administration at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma in 2009 where he was awarded the Ronald Brochstein Prize for Excellence in Sports Law.
Following an athletics career that saw him compete for Canada internationally in track and field and set two Canadian relay records, Mr. Maloney coached for six years at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma.
Mr. Maloney works on immigration for athletes and coaches and his immigration practice also includes waivers, work permits, permanent residency and citizenship applications, both in the United States and Canada.
He has been called to the Bar in the United States (Oklahoma) and Canada (Ontario). He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Sports Lawyers Association, and serves as a Board Member of the Guelph Sports Hall of Fame. He has published a biography of "John McDonnell: The Most Successful Coach in NCAA History" with the University of Arkansas Press in 2013.
Margaret was born and raised in the United States and graduated with a bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa. She was called to the State Bar of Florida and is a licensed Foreign Legal Consultant in the province of Ontario.
Charles is a retired Chief Petty Officer from the U. S. Navy. After completing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Charles completed a Masters of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. After becoming a permanent resident in 2013, Charles worked in different capacities for several immigration firms until become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and he is a member is good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Charles is licensed as an immigration consultant to practice across Canada.
Elzbieta immigrated to Canada in 1984 from Poland where she held a Master’s Degree in Law and practised law. She is a paralegal in Ontario and has worked in immigration law for several years. She works out of the Guelph and Burlington offices.
Evelyn immigrated to Canada from the Philippines and has lived in Guelph for the past thirty years. She handles US and Canadian immigration files in the Guelph office.
Lisa's parents immigrated to Canada from Italy in the early 20th century and settled in Guelph. Lisa is the Markham office manager and is a retired elementary school principal.
Victoria is a graduate of the University of Guelph and works on United States and Canadian immigration files.
Kristin is a legal clerk on Canadian immigration files, focusing on citizenship matters and has several years of experience in this field starting with the Kitchener Multi-Cultural Center.
Jim manages client intake for southwestern Ontario. He is based in the Guelph office and meets clients at Pilkington offices in London, Brantford, St. Catharines, Burlington and Kitchener. Jim has a business background in information technology and sports management.
Ion was born in Republic of Moldova, in Eastern Europe. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Politics and Foreign Languages but later on immigrated to Canada and changed his career. While here in Canada, he graduated with Honours in Accounting at Humber College and has worked for a couple of successful law firms in Toronto.
